Use the service lawfully and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of your catalog, prices, and WhatsApp number, and for fulfilling orders you accept.
The service
WhatsStore lets you publish an online catalog, collect checkout details, and open a WhatsApp conversation with a pre-filled order. Customers must send the WhatsApp message themselves. WhatsStore does not guarantee WhatsApp delivery and does not process end-customer product payments.
Plans and billing
WhatsStore offers yearly plans (Growth and Business) with a 7-day free trial where payment method verification may be required at ₹0 / €0 before yearly billing begins. Pricing is by market: the published yearly price on whatsstore.in (India) or whatsstore.app (international). You may cancel according to the options shown in your billing dashboard. Features and limits may change; the dashboard reflects your current subscription.
Subscription charges are collected via payment gateways such as Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international). Refunds, if any, are handled according to our support policy and applicable law—contact us at +91 95922 80074 or via the contact form.
Acceptable use
Do not use WhatsStore for illegal goods or services, spam, or content you do not have rights to publish. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or other users.
